For homeowners who would like a little help, we offer Occupied Staging, in which we implement strategies identified during the Pre-listing Consultation ourselves. With the report in hand, we pre-pack items, rearrange furniture and accessories, rehang art and more to execute our plan for the home.
We work with what is in the home to create spaces that visually appeal to the majority of buyers.
This option is perfect for homeowners who may not have the time, capability or desire to prepare the home themselves.
OCCUPIED ASSISTANCE
